What to write about
- Corrections to a sponsor record — please include the exact organisation name and the page URL. We refresh sponsor data daily from GOV.UK, so most corrections resolve themselves within 24 hours once they appear in the official register.
- Removal requests — see the procedure in our Terms of Service (section 5).
- Press and editorial enquiries — short turnaround, please flag any deadline in the subject line.
- Sponsorship and advertising — for advertisers and UK immigration solicitors interested in directly sponsoring sections of the site, please include your sector and approximate budget.
- Data and API access — we do not currently offer a public API beyond the rate-limited search endpoint, but get in touch if you have a specific commercial use case.
- Privacy and data-protection requests — UK GDPR rights are described in our Privacy Policy. Please include enough information for us to identify the data in question.
We cannot help with
- Personal visa applications, eligibility assessments, or immigration advice. We are not solicitors. Please use the GOV.UK adviser finder or contact the OISC.
- Contacting a listed sponsor on your behalf — please reach out to them directly.
- Updating the GOV.UK register itself — that is published by the Home Office and is outside our control.
